Privacy Policy
How Prasad IB collects, uses and protects your personal data, written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Who We Are
Prasad IB ("we", "us", "our") is a financial-markets training institute based at H.no 12-6-2/269/3, 1st Floor, Vivek Nagar, Opp BJP Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500072, offering certification courses and workshops in investment banking operations, fund accounting and related fields. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Prasad IB is the Data Fiduciary and you, the person whose data we process, are the Data Principal.
This notice applies to personal data collected through our website (including enquiry, contact and workshop booking forms), the student signup and login pages, and the student portal.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data we need to respond to you and deliver our programmes:

We do not knowingly collect financial account details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is used only for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and sharing course, batch and workshop information;
- Enrolling you in courses or workshops and delivering training services, including access to the student portal;
- Communicating with you about your enquiry, enrolment, batches, schedules and results by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone call;
- Issuing course-completion and workshop certificates in your name;
- Providing placement assistance where it forms part of your programme;
- Maintaining the security of our website and preventing spam or abuse (see Section 8 on Google reCAPTCHA).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal Basis: Your Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit a form on this website, or when you create a student account. Each form links to this notice so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you submit.
You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 6). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing you the related services (for example, batch updates or portal access).
5. Retention of Your Data
- Enquiry / lead data is retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- Student and enrolment records are retained for the duration of your programme and thereafter only as long as needed to support certificate verification and to meet legal or accounting obligations.
- When data is no longer required for its stated purpose, or when you validly request erasure or withdraw consent, we erase it unless a law requires us to keep it.
6. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access: obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- Correction and updating: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated;
- Erasure: have your personal data erased when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for;
- Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- Grievance redressal: have your concerns addressed by our Grievance Officer (Section 7);
- Nominate: nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India: if you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, write to our Grievance Officer using the details below. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies & Google Services
This website uses only essential cookies, meaning those strictly necessary for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in to the student portal. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Two Google services operate on this site and may set their own cookies or process limited data:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam and abuse. Google may collect device and interaction data for this purpose, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- Google Sign-In comes into play only if you choose to sign up or log in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us with your permission, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
9. Children's Data
Our programmes are intended for graduates and working professionals. If you are under 18 years of age, you may share personal data with us only with the verifiable consent of your parent or lawful guardian, as required by the DPDP Act, 2023. We do not knowingly process a minor's data without such consent, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a minor has provided us data without parental consent, contact our Grievance Officer and we will erase it.
10. Security & Data Sharing
We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data, including transport encryption (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted transmission of mobile numbers from our forms, and access limited to authorised staff. Personal data is shared only with service providers who help us run this website and communicate with you (for example, email/SMS/WhatsApp delivery providers), under obligations of confidentiality, and where required by law.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
