The terms that govern your use of the Prasad IB website, enrolment in our courses and workshops, and access to the student portal.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Prasad IB, a financial-markets training institute located at H.no 12-6-2/269/3, 1st Floor, Vivek Nagar, Opp BJP Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500072. By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a course or workshop, or creating a student account, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
- Programmes are open to graduates, post-graduates and working professionals from any discipline unless a programme states otherwise. Candidates under 18 years of age require parent/guardian consent.
- Submitting an enquiry form places you on a waitlist or enquiry list; enrolment is confirmed only when our team confirms your seat and applicable fees are paid.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information during enquiry, signup and enrolment, and to keep your account details up to date.
- Batch dates, timings, trainers and delivery mode (classroom / online / hybrid) may be adjusted for operational reasons; we will notify enrolled students of material changes.
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Course and workshop fees, payment schedules and any instalment options are communicated at the time of enrolment and may be revised for future batches without notice.
- Fees paid are for the specific programme and batch confirmed to you and are not transferable to another person.
- Refund policy: refund eligibility (if any), batch-transfer options and deadlines are stated in your enrolment communication for the specific programme. Unless expressly stated there, fees are non-refundable once a batch has commenced. For refund questions, contact us at [email protected] before your batch start date.
- Free workshops carry no fee; seats are confirmed at our discretion and may be limited.
4. Intellectual Property & Course Content
- All course material, including presentations, recordings, notes, case studies, assessments, portal content and this website's content and branding, is the intellectual property of Prasad IB or its licensors.
- Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for their own learning only.
- You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish or distribute any course material, or use it to deliver competing training, without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use of the Student Portal
- Your student account is personal to you. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login with anyone; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal, other students' data, or any part of our systems, and do not upload malicious code or interfere with the website's operation.
- Do not use the website or portal for unlawful purposes, spam, or harassment of staff, trainers or other students.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
6. Certificates
- Certificates are issued on successful completion of the applicable programme requirements (attendance, assessments or projects, as communicated for your programme).
- Certificates are issued in the name you provide at enrolment, so please make sure it matches your official records.
- Prasad IB certificates are institute certifications of training completion; they are not university degrees or statutory qualifications, and we make no guarantee of employment. Placement assistance, where offered, is support in your job search, not a job guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prasad IB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, temporary unavailability of the portal, or decisions taken in reliance on course content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Our total liability in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fees you paid for that programme.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Grievances may be raised with our Grievance Officer, Durga Prasad ([email protected]).
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
